Meet The Team

Marco is the owner and president of Image360 South Orlando, where he has been rising to every challenge brought his way. His passion for project management and helping every client achieve the best results helped him and his team to be ranked on ThreeBest’s 3 Best Sign Shops in Orlando list for the fourth year in a row.

His enthusiasm for creating unusual projects and thinking outside the box also led Marco and his team to be awarded the 2021 Alliance Franchise Brands Project of the Year Award – and also led to the project being featured on the cover of Sign Builder Illustrated. The award recognized Image360 South Orlando’s specialty for creating unique, themed rooms in vacation homes.

Marco brings with him an extensive background as an electric engineer, plus more than 18 years of experience in project management and services management. He previously directed several projects worth mor than $40 million in unique industries in Brazil – experience that has led him to be a difference-maker when it comes to sign projects of every size.

Marco thrives on creativity and positivity, and is always thinking of new ways to be proactive to benefit every client. In his free time he enjoys skateboarding, traveling and spending time with his family.

Ana is the co-owner and COO of Image360 South Orlando, where she is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within the business. She is focused on developing policies to promote a strong company culture, and oversees daily operations to keep business on track.

She brings with her extensive experience in sales operations and strategy, sales resource allocation and sales transformation in a multinational technology environment. Ana was born and raised in Brazil before moving to Orlando in 2018, where she lives with her husband, daughter and their four cats.

In Ana’s free time she enjoys crafting, reading books, traveling and spending time with her family.

Raphael is the Production Manager at Image360 South Orlando, where his dynamic, goal-oriented personality plays a big role. He provides the company with outstanding performance through fast turnaround times, high-quality product output, plus efficiency with materials to help minimize waste.

His background includes experience with vinyl, CNC routers and laser engraving – all of which makes a huge difference at Image360. Raphael is an easy-going member of the team, with organization and knowledge that support his coworkers.

The quote from Robert Schuller – “Problems are not stop signs; they are guidelines” – has come to define Raphael’s attitude at work. He accepts every challenge and is always there to help the team and improve the business’s processes. When a challenge or difficulty arises, he always sees an opportunity to improve.

Raphael lives in Orlando with his wife and their two dogs. Outside of work, he practices Jiu Jitsu, spends time at the local amusement parks, and travels with his family.

Pedro brings four years of experience in the sign industry, specifically with production and installation services, to Image360 South Orlando. His favorite thing about the job is that every day is different and that he can provide innovative solutions for clients by thinking outside the box. With an easygoing personality, Pedro gets along with everyone on the team as well as with customers!

Outside of work, he enjoys reading fiction books and hanging out in virtual reality spaces. He lives with his girlfriend and his puppy.

Thais has a passion for working with people. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service, and brings her unique energy to work every day. She is open to experimenting with new things, is a great team player, and is always improving by learning more about materials and design at work.

In her free time she is a cake designer. She is also a leader at her church, and is a wife and a mother of two. She’s also our resident chameleon – always changing her hair color!
